Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Enterprise Real Estate (ERE) Finance team. This team supports over 150 employees managing all bank office and branch locations, providing expertise in project accounting, lease cost oversight, reporting, forecasting, and real estate‑related financial analysis.

The successful candidate will support a critical RFP contract renewal project, as well as partially backfill a paternity leave. Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in preparing financial models, business cases, and analyses that inform strategic real estate decisions and enhance the organization’s overall business performance.

Hybrid: Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and the fourth Friday of each month.

Duration: 9 months with strong potential for extension or conversion to full‑time employment.
