Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget process, including creating detailed financial models and consolidating business unit submissions.
• Responsible for monthly forecasting cycles, including revenue, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze monthly financial results, identify variances, and prepare management reporting packages and presentations.
• Prepare profitability analysis and monitor budget vs. forecast vs. actuals, create dashboards and KPIs.
• Prepare analysis related to headcount and cost, and advise on effective cost management strategies.
• Prepare management and board reporting as well as presentations for the board.
