Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support financial planning, business decision-making, and operational efficiency initiatives within a growing generic pharmaceutical company. This role combines traditional FP&A responsibilities with automation initiatives, and commercial finance support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a lean environment, partnering cross-functionally (Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, IT), and driving data-driven insights to improve profitability and business performance.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Lead and support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning

Prepare monthly financial packages, variance analysis, and management reports

Analyze revenue, gross margin, and cost drivers across product portfolios

Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
