Position Overview Choice Properties is looking for a

Senior Financial Analyst, Recoveries , to join our team! Reporting directly to the Manager, Property Accounting, the Senior Financial Analyst, Recoveries will play a key role in managing the full cycle of accounting for revenue generating properties within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Support integration and ongoing transformation of specialized recovery software with ERP system.

Establish recovery models for tenants, based on review and interpretation of tenant lease checklist (all asset classes).

Reconcile lease shortfall, ensuring property slippage is understood and can be explained.

Collaborate with business stakeholders (Asset Management, Property Operations, Leasing, Accounting, and other departments) to identify analytical requirements that align with strategic goals.
