About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst-Utilities is a newly created role, reporting to the VP-IPP Finance. This role will support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for Utilities that are part of the Income Producing Properties (IPP) Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• On a monthly basis, record Utility expense (Hydro, Gas & Water) for each property in the IPP Portfolio
• Responsible for completeness and accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual utilities costs for each property
• Responsible for monthly review of all utility bills including utility rates and consumption for each property; and communication with the Utilities Providers re: any issues with the billing
• Set up online utility accounts for any new property added to the IPP portfolio to ensure all utility bills are received on time
