As a result of a recently implemented transformation called Business Operations Transformation (BOT), IKEA Netherlands is looking for a country Senior Financial Controller.
In this role you will work in the country Finance department of IKEA Netherlands in Haarlem. The Finance department is the spider in the web when it comes to receiving, processing, and delivering all kinds of financial information. The team consists of 12 direct colleagues and a shared service centre in Bangalore. As the company is in transformation, we are looking for someone that works independently, drives continuous improvement and embraces change.
