Responsibilities:

1. Conduct first article inspections (FAI) for manufactured aerospace parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
2. Perform interim and final inspections, documenting and reporting results in compliance with AS9102 guidelines.
3. Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformities and discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
4. Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, and quality documentation.
5. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance inspection procedures and overall product quality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of FAIR experience.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T symbols.
