Your job

You design, build and maintain the cloud‑native services behind Advisor Assist. You translate advisor needs into intuitive, reliable solutions and help scale our AI features in a transparent, compliant and responsible way.

  • Build and improve backend services using ;and TypeScript in a cloud‑native environment 
  • Integrate Advisor Assist with CRM systems, knowledge platforms and conversational tooling 
  • Strengthen system reliability through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring 
  • Work closely with UX, Data Science and product teams to deliver user‑friendly solutions 
  • Contribute to responsible AI implementation by focusing on transparency, safety and explainability

    • Your work helps advisors support customers during important financial moments and contributes to more efficient and sustainable digital operations.
