Job Description Summary
The Senior Global Mobility Lead oversees and directs all facets of international employee assignments and transfers, ensuring adherence to global regulations and alignment with organizational objectives. This position is responsible for formulating and executing global mobility policies, managing relationships with external vendors, and guiding managers and employees throughout the relocation process.
Additionally, the role supports all US domestic relocations by collaborating with business units to establish policy guidelines, oversee vendor management, and coordinate ongoing moves.
