Job Description
**The opportunity**
As a Senior Graphics Engineer on our DirectX team you will be working on our graphics device backend to help steer the future of graphics in Unity. The graphics device is a platform abstraction layer designed to power graphics development that scales rendering performance for multiple platforms. We improve and maintain the DirectX parts of our graphics backend, while taking all platforms into account. As part of the DirectX team you will work closely with a cross-discipline team to make our device backend the best-in-class cross-platform rendering technology it can be. You have worked on high-performance rendering in the past and you know the importance of writing fast and maintainable code. Most importantly, you will work with an exciting and high-energy team to create the best and most technologically-impressive real-time experiences and games in the world.
