Responsibilities Complete hospital admissions by documenting patient history and physical examinations using the designated Initial Medical Assessment Form. Assess, review, and document patient findings promptly as requested by Consultants and Nursing Staff. Monitor and review patients regularly in line with the agreed plan of care. Escalate and communicate any patient concerns or clinical issues to the Consultant or relevant Registrar.
