We currently have an opening for an HR Advisor who will navigate complex and sensitive people matters, delivering high‑quality guidance.

• Owns delivery of HR advisory cases, including those that are complex and high‑risk, ensuring advice is legislatively sound, practical, and aligned to best practice.
• Provides expert guidance on HR situations – employee relations, discipline, terminations, accommodations, compliance.
• Interprets and applies multi‑jurisdictional employment legislation (provincial and federal).
