Role Purpose As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will align people strategies with organizational goals, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership. You will drive business performance through expert guidance on workforce planning, change management, and talent development in a complex, multi-site environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leaders to design HR strategies, manage organizational change, and provide guidance on complex employee relations. Performance & ER: Lead high-level investigations and disciplinary matters while coaching managers on performance, accountability, and fair practice.
