Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Senior HR Officer
FUNCTION/DEPARTMENT: Warehouse Management
REPORTS TO: HRM-Nairobi
DIRECT REPORTS/ SUPERVISES: HR Supervisor, HR Clerk,
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide HR and administrative support to our client’s outsourced warehouse team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large outsourced teams within a fast-paced FMCG or warehouse environment and be flexible to work both day and night shifts. Operational exposure will be an added advantage.
Working relationships:
INTERNAL
• All staff in Our Client Outsourced Warehouse site
• HR team
• Payroll
EXTERNAL
• Caterers
• Outsourced labour providers
• Government bodies
• Transport providers
Key Responsibilities
1. Workforce Planning & Resourcing
• Lead resourcing for all vacant positions within the Warehouse and site operations.
