Elevate HR processes at Atlantic Packaging as the Senior Product Owner for HRIS. Lead the implementation of cutting-edge HR technology across North America with a focus on Core HCM and lifecycle processes.

In this senior role, you'll report to the Director of HRIS and Analytics, taking charge of the end-to-end HRIS implementation. You'll drive complex configurations, governance practices, and collaboration across HR, Payroll, and IT departments. Your hands-on experience will ensure a successful deployment tailored to regional and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HRIS design, configuration, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with HR COEs and external partners to resolve system issues
• Maintain the HRIS product backlog and documentation standards
