Senior Human Resource Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist operates in an operationally focused role responsible for executing HR programs, providing administrative excellence and responding to confidential inquiries from employees (union and non-union) and management.

The incumbent contributes to thought leadership to management on all aspects of human resources strategy and best practices. This includes compensation, performance management, recruitment, succession planning, training, and organizational development.

Quality thinking and quality execution are critical for success and establishing HR leadership and credibility in this position.
