The Position

The Senior HR Manager is a core member of the People Success team responsible for delivering Tier 2 HR support across employee relations, case management, policy application, leave management, and colleague lifecycle matters. The role provides practical, timely, and high‑quality HR support to managers and colleagues, ensuring matters are assessed, actioned, and progressed to resolution.
