An established GTA General Contractor is hiring a Project Manager to oversee ICI construction projects. Focus on managing ground-up projects while ensuring adherence to budget, safety, and quality standards.
This role requires at least 5 years of project management experience in ICI construction, particularly with ground-up commercial projects. Candidates with additional experience in renovations are highly valued. Your skills in managing multiple stakeholders and proactive risk identification will help drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases from pre-construction to closeout
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules
• Lead coordination among subcontractors and consultants
• Conduct project meetings and report on key milestones
• Review and manage project-related documentation effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years in project management within ICI construction
• Strong understanding of contracts and financials
