Specific Job Description

The Sustainment Engineering Staff role is an operational and strategic role responsible for supporting the leading and oversight of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis for a multitude of programs and proposals. This includes supporting the technical team while working alongside key stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure that delivered Supportability solutions meet the high standards and specific needs of each Customer. This position will report technically to the relevant Supportability Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, and functionally to the ILS First Line Manager (FLM).
