The role involves supporting deal teams in negotiating and sourcing investments, as well as reviewing business plans and leading portfolio companies throughout the investment period.

An ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity or investment banking, alongside a proven analytical capability and excellent communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate personal initiative and the ability to lead under pressure.
