Senior IT Ops Specialist (English)

Alteo is looking for a Senior IT Ops Specialist for a permanent position based in Montreal.

Your main role will be to contribute to the smooth running and optimization of operations (payment industry), by recommending the implementation of methodological and technical solutions, while ensuring compliance with processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of procedures to ensure service performance
  • Contribute to the study and analysis of electronic payment platform requirements
  • Contribute to the analysis of operating constraints
  • Contribute to the industrialization of production and implementation of the business resumption plan
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of procedures
  • Contribute to the drafting of qualification and patch testing procedures
