As a Senior IT Solutions Analyst your role is to ensures that IT solutions are consistently implemented and fully supported for our business stakeholders. These solutions are designed to be reliable and meet business requirements. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, present best solutions and implement them. You will also be required to communicate with stakeholders and our vendors to ensure alignment, resolve issues, optimize existing solutions, implement new solutions, or scope future enhancements. You will mentor other Solution Analysts as they develop their skills and experience. You will be required to engage at all levels of leadership as required.
