This role is based in Latin America (LATAM) and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent. You will recruit LATAM-based candidates for U. S.-based companies and also support U. S.-based recruiting efforts for our U. S. clients. What We Look For 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment. Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
