This pivotal role reports to the Director of Learning & Organizational Development. You will engage with HR leadership and internal clients, developing programs that enhance the employee experience throughout their career journey. Key skills involve training design, program management, and effective communication within a financial services setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with HRBPs on training needs across the organization
• Identify development opportunities for individuals and teams
• Design and manage impactful training programs
• Collaborate with senior directors for competency development
• Maintain internal Academy resources and curriculum

• Bachelor’s in Education or HR Management
