Job Description
Affairs – Commercial and International team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in commercial law and corporate financing. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your extensive knowledge, your experience in commercial financing, and your ability to support our partners with strategic legal advice.
Your role
- Analyze business issues, identify the needs of internal partners, and propose appropriate legal strategies to support business activities.
- Draft and interpret various banking documents, including credit agreements, security documents, and forms related to commercial operations.
- Issue legal opinions in commercial law, corporate financing, and securities, and advise the Corporate Financing Operations teams in handling complex files.
