Job Overview Agoda is seeking an outstanding lawyer to provide legal and contractual support to its expanding travel business. The legal role supports a wide range of legal and regulatory matters related to flights, experiences, ground transportation, and packages, and provides advice on travel product launches and technology agreements.

Responsibilities

Handle a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory issues for the travel business, including flights, experiences/attractions, ground transportation, and packages.

Negotiate and draft agreements related to travel‑related content, software services, technology licensing, product development, and support litigation or consumer protection matters.

Participate in negotiations and ensure timely completion of contracts; assist business stakeholders with ongoing contract management when required.

Advise and support the global launch of travel products and features.
