Senior Legal Counsel

Location: Montreal, Full Time, Mid/Senior-Level Experience

Valnet is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to manage and advise on various legal matters, with a particular focus on strategic risk management, legal/regulatory compliance and litigation management, including in the areas of employment law, data privacy, intellectual property, media law and corporate law.

In this role, you will act as the Company’s litigation and privacy subject matter expert, manage litigation files, proactively identify risk areas, and develop and implement pragmatic solutions to minimize the Company’s exposure. The Senior Legal Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel and VP, Legal Affairs.
