Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including procurement, sales, logistics, and service contracts.
Develop and periodically update standard contract templates to streamline business operations.
Provide legal oversight for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts and project management agreements related to factory development.

Governance & Compliance
Manage local corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, filings, and subsidiary management.
Establish and monitor compliance frameworks (Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, GDPR, and ESG) to mitigate organizational risk.
Lead or support internal investigations and respond to regulatory inquiries or audits from local authorities.
