We are currently partnering on a confidential search for a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA Sr.) to join a growing clinical research organization.

We are looking for a senior-level professional with:

• +4 years of experience monitoring Phase I–IV clinical trials

• Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical operations

• Advanced English proficiency

• Experience working directly with sponsors, research sites, and cross-functional teams

• Availability to travel

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits

• Ensuring compliance with protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
