Education

• Bachelor’s degree and/or specific training on supply chain management.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3-year experience in automotive industry in supply chain/Materials positions.
• Must possess excellent communications skills and the ability to work effectively with all other functional groups throughout the organization.
• They will need to be able to command respect above their position.
• The person will need to have excellent analytical skills in order to problem solve and implement permanent corrective action.
• The person will need good project management skills to ensure the execution of many of these projects, simultaneously.
