Purpose

Leads and oversees the Beneficial Ownership Program team in ensuring regular position monitoring and execution of business strategies, plans and initiatives in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Director, Beneficial Ownership & Control Room, the GBM&T Capital Markets teams, technology and a diverse set of stakeholders to provide ongoing support and enhancements to the program, in line with Global Compliance’s strategy and initiatives.
