8+ years of progressive experience in strategic business analysis, program management, and transformation leadership 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level initiatives, regulatory programs, and operational excellence Deep knowledge of Wealth Management and/ or Asset Management businesses, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands‑on operational experience in these domains Expertise in Business Analysis, Portfolio/Program/Project Management, Agile methodologies Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, negotiate complex decisions, and lead through ambiguity Nice‑To‑Have Skills
MBA considered an asset PMP, CBAP, and PMI‑PBA Experience working on off‑shore initiatives Bilingual in Spanish Soft Skills Required
