Senior Manager, Change Management Office, PMO

Location: Calgary, AB, CAN, T2J 7E8 | Saskatoon, SK, CAN, S7K 5R6

Reporting to the Director, Corporate PMO, the Senior Manager Change Management Office will lead and evolve Nutrien's enterprise Organizational Change Management Centre of Expertise to enable successful change outcomes. This role ensures the business is ready, able, and accountable to sustain change by establishing clear standards, scalable change models, and strong leadership alignment across portfolios. Success is defined by change adoption, value realization, change governance and the management of an effective OCM capability.
