Senior Manager, Data Management and Insights Campfire Circle is looking for a data‑driven and analytical Senior Manager to support fundraising, marketing, stewardship, and engagement initiatives that advance mission and impact. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and strategic use of donor and constituent data across Blackbaud Enterprise CRM (including Raiser’s Edge NXT) and related systems.

Key Responsibilities Data Management and Reporting

Manage and oversee data integration between the primary CRM (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM – Raiser’s Edge NXT) and connected platforms, including online fundraising systems, email marketing tools, event management systems, and camper and volunteer platforms such as CampSite.

Lead the development and execution of data segmentation and exports for direct mail, email, multi‑channel fundraising, and other digital campaign initiatives.
