This role enables the Enterprise Data & AI Risk (DAIR) Program by leading strategic communications, change management, and learning initiatives that build awareness, understanding, and adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the DAIR communications, change management, and learning strategy, including roadmap, governance, operating cadence, and success measures.
• Lead enterprise change management to drive adoption of Data & AI Risk, designing integrated communications and engagement campaigns that influence understanding and behavior across business lines, risk partners, and senior executives.
