What is the opportunity?The Senior Manager, Finance ERP Standardization plays a vital role in the enterprise ERP transformation program, ensuring Finance processes, data structures, and reporting requirements are embedded into global design architecture. Part of the Digital Ecosystem team, within the CFO organization, this role owns the Finance perspective on global design decisions and drives standardization of Finance practices across business units, regions, and entities.What will you do? Organizes Finance onboarding activities, ensuring Finance teams validate and are prepared to operate within the new system environment.

Owns the Finance readiness workstream: process walkthroughs, user acceptance inputs, data migration sign-off, and cutover planning.
