Responsibilities

• Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Own and maintain Project Falcon savings pipelines, including F26 Technology savings and YTD tracking.
• Validate savings assumptions, classifications, and timing with Finance partners (e.g., run‑rate vs in‑year, CTB vs RTB).
