Purpose Of The Role The Senior Manager, Global TA S&P is responsible for leading strategic technical and non-technical initiatives that enable the Talent Acquisition Strategy at Scotiabank globally. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for high‑profile enterprise projects to service our Global business model. Reporting to the Director of Global TA Strategy & Programs, the ideal candidate will be an innovative and highly influential leader with proven experience managing recruitment operations, developing and managing recruitment policies and processes with particular focus and experience in recruitment‑related technology enhancement and implementation projects.
