Job Description

Date Posted: December 12th 2025

Position Title: Senior Manager, Inclusion

Location: Within one of YMCA BC’s main hubs: Northern, Lower Mainland, or Interior Region.

Term: Permanent, Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $80,000- $85,000 annually

Reports To: Vice President, Child Care Operations
