In this role, you will:
  • Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging strong business knowledge to provide value-added insights and independent, effective challenge.

  • Lead the execution and oversight of NFR Programs and Projects across Global Operations, including but not limited to:
  • Non-Financial Risk Testing: Conduct 1st line control testing to ensure business processes and initiatives comply with regulatory and operational risk requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
    Operational Risk Management: Support activities related to Operational Risk Events (OREs), Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Scenario Analysis, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and New Initiative Risk Assessments (NIRA).
