Job Summary

• The Senior Manager Global Operations Performance & Excellence plays a pivotal role in delivering and supporting the embedding of Swissport's operational standards and ways of working throughout the global network in a highly transformational environment.
• Reporting to the Director Global Operations Performance & Excellence, the position works within the Global Operations team and together with the Cluster Managing Directors drives and implements the change to a global mindset.
• You will be responsible for partnering with Swissport’s front line Station Managers in order to drive consistency on station for customer benefit and benefit of our people, upholding standards through ways of working, coaching and mentoring.
