WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Senior Manager- Process owner (PPOC) leads a team supporting the day-to-day execution of payments activities related to wire processing fulfillment and investigations. The objective of the Process Owner team is to reimagine and redesign the work managed within PPOC by standardizing, simplifying and automating the processes within the broader team. Success is delivering transformational changes that achieve measurable improvements in both process efficiency, client and employee satisfaction. The Senior Manager Process Owner PPOC is responsible to optimize and transform operational processes through strategic initiatives with a risk mitigation mindset and delivering strategic insights to business partners.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
