Senior Manager, Proposals

responsibilities include:

Management and oversight of Doane Grant Thornton’s formal and informal proposal and presentation submissions in response to RFQs, RFIs, VORs, and RFPs.

Responsible for the end-to-end proposal delivery process, including evaluation, project kick-off and management, research, initial response, refinement, and final proposal submission.

Lead the national proposal team, managing colleagues across various specialties, levels of seniority, and locations to deliver responses tailored to the client/prospect requirements.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop effective, persuasive proposals that highlight key advantages and reflect the team’s strategy and value proposition.

Ensure all public sector and procurement responses are accurate, compliant, and ready.

Apply and steward Doane Grant Thornton’s brand voice, style, and messaging across all proposals.
