Job Description

The Senior Manager, Quality Services Optimization leads and manages business process improvements and optimization initiatives across the LCBO network. This role acts as the project manager for Quality Assurance on the ERP development and implementation team, overseeing the design and integration of quality systems across all business functions. The manager supports the transformation of the Quality Management framework and integrates legacy QA systems into the new ERP platform, ensuring all QA processes meet regulatory requirements and ISO 9001 compliance.
