HBO Max is searching for a Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy and Insights – LATAM based in our Warner Bros. Discovery Mexico City office. This role is responsible for turning social data into actionable insights that optimize content performance, deepen audience engagement, and drive business decisions – particularly across Latin American markets.
You will partner cross‑functionally with marketing, content, brand, and global analytics teams to elevate our social strategy through advanced reporting, social listening, and data science methodologies. Cross‑cultural awareness, curiosity and trend‑spotting, and storytelling with data a must!
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end social performance measurement, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that drive strategic decision‑making.
