Senior Manager, Strategy and Analytics – Credit Risk Management

Work with senior leaders across the Capital One organization to create solutions that drive transformational business change in Credit Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability and competitive success in a shifting consumer and regulatory environment.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product‑level modeling and analytics.
• Lead direct‑to‑consumer marketing efforts for select products, and design new customer experiences and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Drive improvements in credit performance by linking future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, building risk models and testing hypotheses with rigorous monitoring.
