What is the opportunity?
Cards & Loyalty’s Everyday Rewards team is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Management. This role will be responsible for leading the development and evolution of the Everyday Value strategy and for working across the team to ensure a cohesive vision and narrative across Product, Partnerships, Enablement & Revenue. As part of this, the Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Management will provide critical support across the Everyday Rewards team for ongoing business management, will act as a representative in key Avion Rewards or RBC forums and working groups, and will be responsible for leading annual strategy and planning efforts on behalf of the team.
