Reporting to the AVP, Client & Colleague Engagement Strategy, the Senior Manager, Strategy will lead the development and execution of enterprise‑aligned strategy, planning, and performance management across Business Banking. The role is accountable for delivering integrated strategic insights, enterprise deliverables, and executive communications that support business priorities, inform leadership decisions, and enable long‑term growth.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the development, communication and execution of Canadian Business Banking strategic business plans, including annual strategy decks and supporting materials.
• Own the creation and delivery of enterprise‑level materials including Board submissions, Quarterly Business Updates (QBU), and enterprise scorecards.
