In this role, you will:
  • Champion a customer‑focused culture, strengthening relationships and leveraging broader Bank systems and expertise.

  • Ensure consistent best practices across client coverage, escalation, and incident resolution; identify opportunities for process improvements and operational synergies.

  • Oversee assigned staff responsibilities and support the development and maintenance of performance metrics and evaluations.

  • Uphold Scotiabank’s compliance and risk frameworks, protecting the Bank’s reputation and ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory requirements.
