Job Description

Your Tasks

  • You support the integration and on-boarding of our portfolio companies with respect to the Mutares tax reporting and processes
  • You coordinate the processes for determining income taxes in accordance with IAS / IAS as part of the preparation of consolidated, annual and interim financial statements
  • You monitor the Group's tax risks and support the analysis of regulatory changes in (inter)national tax law and develop recommendations for measures to minimise tax risks
  • You further develop the internal processes in the area of transfer pricing, as well as monitoring and coordinating statutory documentation obligations (including country-by-country reporting, DAC 6, Pillar II, etc.)
  • You partner with the local finance team and Operations Finance workstream when it comes to tax and legal reorganization related projects
